On-Call Consulting

Herrenkohl Consulting On-Call

$225 per hour, can be used in 15-minute increments.

Question: Can we access Eric Herrenkohl and his expertise on an as-needed basis?

Yes. This is a budget-conscious retainer that allows you to get access to Eric’s expertise. These are “real time” conversations: calls scheduled within a few hours when required. These calls address topics such as:

  • You’ve made an employment offer to your top candidate and they tell you they have gotten a counter offer from their current employer. What do you do?
  • You just called someone you would love to hire, they just accepted an offer from a competitor but have not yet started their new job. You are having lunch tomorrow. Do you still have a chance of hiring them? If so, what should you say?

Yes. Provide Herrenkohl Consulting with a target list of 20 companies. Herrenkohl identifies all potentially well-qualified individuals within these companies and provides you their names, titles, employer and contact information so that your recruiters can contact them.
